Return Policy
Our goal at SewNaturalDane ™ is for our customers to feel 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you order any of our bespoke fabrics, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns on these items. Once fabric is cut, we cannot accept refunds or offer exchanges. However, if your fabric arrived damaged (please supply photo immediately), we will work with you to come up with a reasonable resolution.
All other items may only be returned/exchanged if the item was received damaged (must supply photo). We highly recommend you contact SewnNaturalDane ™ immediately upon receiving your order so that we are aware of the issue. Customers must return (at your expense) the item purchased within 7 days of delivery for a full payment refund. Items received after 7 days will be issued store credit and not a payment refund. If the item is not returned, customer will not receive a refund or store credit.
Again, unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or offer exchanges on custom designed fabrics. Care instructions are listed on the website for each fabric based. We will also include these care instructions on your packaging label.
When returning other items that are not fabric, please email Hello@SewNaturalDane.com with your order information and why you are returning the item and tracking number (NOTE: returns are at the customer expense).

Shipping Schedule:
All items purchased will be shipped daily Monday through Saturday.
Shipping Fees:
All orders $75 and under will ship at $10.00. Orders over $75 will ship for free.
International Shipping rates will vary depending on current rates available. Please email Hello@SewNaturalDane.com prior to placing your order. We will check shipping rates that are most cost effective for you. We will research shipping options from the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
